Patient Care
- Consultation is available to facility staff, caretakers and families without delay
- We answer the phone 24/7, have a 1 to 2-day turnaround on patient care issues and are on-call for emergencies
- We provide primary care to selected patients
- We provide rapid response to facility staff when primary care practitioners are not available
- Prescriptions are ordered in a timely fashion
- Client records are available to the family
Clinical Consultation
- Our medical directors advise owners and staff on maintaining a safe and caring environment
- We consult with facility management on establishing and maintaining systems and methods for reviewing the quality and appropriateness of clinical care and other health-related services
- We advise on infection control issues and specific infection control policies
Regulatory and Survey Visits
- Our medical directors assist the facility in dealing with regulatory and survey issues.
- We maintain knowledge of the changing social, regulatory, political and economic factors that affect medical and health services of long-term care patients
- We advise on the facility's monitoring and documentation systems and quality improvement processes
- We consult with staff to prepare for federal, state, local and other external surveys and inspections
- We review and advise on responses to feedback from surveys and inspections

 | Steven Felton ARNP Steve's clinical experience in critical care, rehabilitation medicine, and geriatrics give him multidisciplinary insight into the key medical, functional and social needs of patients with complex physical and psychiatric conditions. |
 | Christy Perez, ARNP Christy recently completed her Master of Nursing degree at Seattle Pacific University. She interned with Felton Health Care Specialists where she showed true dedication to the field of geriatrics. She is currently completing the credentialing process as a Nurse Practitioner. She's very excited to be part of the FHCS team. |
 | Michael Lai ARNP Michael is an AANP board certified family nurse practitioner with interests in primary care, long-term care, and emergency medicine. He strives to develop lasting relationships with his patients based on effective communication and understanding the whole-person. |
 | Jennifer Galbraith Jen is skilled in Nursing, Clinical Research, and Healthcare Management. She has worked in the hospital & health care industry including as the Director of Health Services at Aegis Living and an RN for Kindred Hospice. She is currently working on a Doctor of Nursing practice at Simmons University. |
 | Fallan Nirschl Fallan is a third-year Doctor of Nursing Practice student at the University of Washington specializing in adult/gerontology primary care. She is over ten years of experience as an RN dedicated to providing quality, direct patient care to adults of all ages in a variety of settings. Apart from her academic life, she is kept busy as a mother of two elementary-aged children and two French bulldogs. |
